What is this BlackBerry Promotion about? This BlackBerry Promotion enables BlackBerry subscribers to pay for one month and get one month for free for 2 rounds.
How can I subscribe to the promotion? To subscribe send Bis4 to 1100 or call mobily customer service 1100.
What is the duration of the Promo? The promotion duration is 2 months starting from 1st of April, 2012.
What are the main benefits of the promotion? Customers will pay 2 months and get 4 months.
I’m a postpaid customer, how am I being charged if I subscribed on the 28th day of the month? In that case, you will be charged 79 SR till the end of the month and then you’ll be enjoying one month for free. After that the second round will be 30 days paid and 30 days for free.
Does the promotion include all BlackBerry packages? The Promotionwill be applicable for BlackBerry Plus package only.
What’s the fee of BlackBerry Plus?
BlackBerry Plus service fee is 79 SR per month.
What’s the package of BlackBerry Plus package? The BlackBerry Plus service gives the customer the following:
Send and receive unlimited push emails up to 10 emails accounts.
Unlimited BlackBerry messenger usage.
Browse the internet for free using your BlackBerry Plus monthly Service up to 1 GB.

If I’m a new BIS subscriber, what would be the charge of the promotion? The promotion have no extra charge, you will only pay the normal monthly fees of the service..
What if existing customer try to get the promo? The promotion is only for new BlackBerry subscribers.
What will happen if the customer passed the first month subscription in BlackBerry “Month on you and month on us” promo? The customer will receive reminder message to inform him that he should have enough balance to continue the promo.
What will happen if the customer doesn’t have enough credit in the renewal time? In this case, customer will not be able to renew, and will receive the following notification:

What are the reasons that might makes me lose the Promo? The offer will be terminated without compensation In the following cases:
The SIM card has been stopped.
The customer transferred from prepaid card to post-paid and vice versa.
Transfer of ownership.
If the customer unsubscribe from blackberry.
Upgrade or downgrade the BlackBerry package.

Before you setup your email, verify that your BlackBerry device is connected to the wireless network and an upper case "EDGE" appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Thee are two ways to setup your account:
1. Goto Mobily.blackberry.com and create a user name and password then configure your email account accordingly

2. Select the Email Settings icon on your device and follow on screen directions
P.S: Switching to web setup (option 1) will always require the user name and password specified earlier.
